01Who provides Aight
Aight is provided by Ashva Intelligence Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. In these terms, "Aight" means that company. "Customer" means the business or person using Aight.
02The service
Where a business has signed a separate agreement with Aight, that agreement governs the account. These terms fill only its gaps.
Aight is a gateway. One account, one balance and API keys give access to AI models made by third parties and hosted by cloud providers. The current list, with each model's provider, region and price, is on Models & pricing.
An "API key" is a secret code sent with each request. It identifies the account to charge. The "console" is the account site at console.getaight.ai, used to sign up, recharge, manage API keys and read billing. A "token" is a piece of text, about three quarters of an English word. Most models are priced per token.
03Accounts
- Aight is for businesses and professionals. Account holders must be 18 or older.
- Account details must be accurate, including the billing country and, for India accounts that want a GST tax invoice, the GSTIN.
- The billing country sets the recharge currency and invoice details. After a payment, changing it requires a request to support.
- The account belongs to the business, not the person who signed up.
- Every new account is reviewed before API keys and recharges open. Anonymous sign-ups, resale of access and uses on the prohibited list (section 08) are declined.
- API keys must be kept secret. Every request sent with a key is charged to the account balance.
- A leaked key should be frozen or deleted in the console at once. Support can also freeze it: write to hello@getaight.ai with "key leaked" as the first words.
04Prepaid balance
- Aight is prepaid only. The balance is recharged first, and the cost of each request is deducted as it happens.
- The minimum recharge is ₹500 for India accounts and US$5 for accounts outside India.
- Balance does not expire. It stays on the account until it is used or refunded.
- Balance is held in US dollars, because model prices are in US dollars. Usage is deducted in US dollars at the published model price. Paid balance is used before Extra.
- Every model's price is published in US$ on Models & pricing, with the region it runs in. Model prices are the providers' list prices. A price rise is notified by email at least 7 days ahead.
- Balance is not a bank deposit. It earns no interest and cannot be moved to another account.
- When the balance reaches zero, requests are refused until the next recharge. An account never goes into debt.
- An API key may have an optional monthly cap. A cap limits that key only; an empty balance stops every key.
05Exchange rate and charges
Accounts in India recharge in Indian rupees. The amount is converted to US dollars at the day's rate: the Reserve Bank of India reference rate plus 2%, rounded up to two decimals. The rate is shown before payment and printed on the invoice. Accounts outside India recharge in US dollars. A processing charge of 3% of the recharge is added to the total to pay. The 10% extra is added on the recharge amount. Unspent paid money is refunded to the original payment method, in the currency paid, at the original rate. The 2% or the 3% on that money is refunded too. Extra is not refunded.
- Payment is made on the Recharge page in the console. The total to pay, the rate for India accounts and the balance to be added are shown before payment.
- There is no separate card fee.
- Balance is added once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. A payment return page alone does not add balance.
- Bank statements show "Ashva Intelligence Pvt Ltd", not "Aight".
06Invoices and GST
- India accounts receive a GST tax invoice in rupees for every recharge. GST at 18% is charged on the recharge paid, not on Extra. The invoice uses the business name and GSTIN on the account; both should be checked before payment.
- A GSTIN added before payment appears on the invoice. An invoice cannot be reissued later with a different GSTIN.
- Accounts outside India receive an invoice in US dollars with the Processing 3% line and no Indian GST.
- Extra appears as a separate balance note, not as part of the taxable recharge.
- Invoices are available in the console under Billing and are also emailed to the account address.
07Refunds and cancellation
Unspent paid balance can be refunded at any time, under section 05 and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Usage already charged is not refunded. Extra is not refunded. That policy is part of these terms.
During a partial refund, API keys keep working on the remaining balance. After a full refund the balance is zero, so keys refuse requests. Keys are not deleted.
08Acceptable use
Aight may not be used to:
- break any Indian law, or the law of the place the customer operates from;
- generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
- generate spam, malware, or anything designed to deceive or harm people;
- process personal data without the right to process it;
- attack, probe or overload Aight's systems, or get around limits and safety filters;
- resell raw access to the Aight API without a written agreement with Aight;
- share one account or key across businesses that are not the customer's.
Each cloud provider and model maker has its own usage policy, and those apply to requests too. Support sends the current policies on request.
09Suspension and closure
- Aight may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law requires it.
- Aight may suspend first and explain afterwards where there is a risk to other customers, a provider or Aight.
- The reason for a suspension is emailed within 2 working days.
- When Aight closes an account, unspent paid balance is refunded under section 07, except after closure for fraud or a payment dispute.
- A customer can close the account at any time by writing to support. Unspent paid balance is refunded under section 07.
10Models and providers
- The models belong to third parties. Aight routes requests and bills them; it does not make the models.
- Model outputs can be wrong. Outputs should be checked before they are relied on, especially for legal, medical or financial use.
- Not every model runs in India. Models & pricing names the region for every model: "India" means the request is processed in the provider's South Asia data zone; "United States" means it is processed in the United States; "Global" means the provider may process it anywhere in the world.
- Providers change, retire and re-price models. At least 14 days' notice is given before a model is removed, where the provider allows it.
- When a model is retired, a replacement is named. If none suits, unspent paid balance can be refunded under section 07.
11Availability and support
- Aight aims to keep the service available at all times but does not promise it. Providers and networks fail.
- Requests that fail on Aight's side are not charged.
- Planned maintenance is announced by email at least 24 hours ahead.
- Support: hello@getaight.ai. Replies within 1 working day.
12Data
What is stored, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: account details and request metadata are kept. Metadata means facts about a request, such as the time, the model and the token count. It never includes the text itself. Prompts and outputs are not stored unless the customer asks for logging.
The customer owns what it sends and what the model returns, as far as the law and the providers allow. Aight claims no rights over it and never uses prompts to train models.
13Limits on liability
- For any claim, Aight's total liability is capped at the unspent paid balance on the day the claim arises.
- Aight is not liable for indirect losses: lost profit, lost data, lost business, or the cost of a substitute service.
- Aight is not liable for what a model outputs, or for a provider's outage, beyond refunding the failed request.
- Nothing here removes rights that Indian law gives and does not allow to be waived.
14Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Changes are emailed at least 7 days before they take effect. Using Aight after that date means the new terms apply. A customer who does not agree can ask for a refund under section 07.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, which have sole jurisdiction. Aight will first try to settle a dispute by email.
16Complaints and the grievance officer
If support does not resolve a complaint, write to the grievance officer. This follows the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Every complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
Other routes:
- For a payment. A payment dispute can also go to the bank or card issuer that made the payment, through its grievance process. Support sends the payment reference and the invoice on request.
- For any consumer complaint. National Consumer Helpline: 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in. It is run by the Government of India and is free.
